SUar DURABILITY SERIES

Selection Exposes Weak Links.

The Data Doesn’t Lie.

Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) places extraordinary demands on the body. Research examining medical encounters during the course found that 40% of candidates sustained at least one injury, with the overwhelming majority occurring in predictable body regions exposed to repetitive loading, heavy rucking, running, climbing, and obstacle negotiation.

The SUAR Durability Series was built around these patterns—helping you develop tissue strength and resilience, movement quality, and resilience before those weak links become performance limiters.

SUAR durability programs helps to create a body that can tolerate the cumulative demands of selection through progressive, evidence-informed durability training.

OUR ANSWER

SUAR DURABILITY Series

Build Durability Before You Need It.

Selection doesn't just test your fitness—it exposes your weakest link.

The SUAR Durability Series is a proactive training system designed to build stronger, more resilient joints, muscles, tendons, and movement patterns before they become a problem. This isn't rehabilitation. It's PREHAB—training with the intent to improve tissue capacity, movement quality, and reduce injury risk while preparing for the demands of selection.

Each program follows a proven progression that builds upon itself:

Prepare the Tissues Build Tissue Resilience Develop Movement Control Perform Under Real-World Demands

These aren't random workouts—they're structured durability systems. Each program progresses from foundational movement to functional integration, using evidence-informed loading principles to improve tissue resilience, movement quality, and long-term durability.

Every program is delivered directly to your phone through our coaching app and includes far more than a workout.

Every Durability Program Includes

Video-Guided Exercise Program

  • Step-by-step HD exercise demonstrations

  • Weekly structured progression

  • Coaching cues for every exercise

  • Progress tracking directly within the app

Durability Foundation Guide
More than an exercise manual, this guide teaches the principles behind durability training. Learn how tissue adapts, why movement quality matters, how to gauge training intensity, and why every phase is intentionally designed to build resilience through progressive, high-quality movement.

Durability Assessments
Each program includes a region-specific assessment based on clinical testing and performance research. Evaluate strength, mobility, endurance, balance, and movement competency for that anatomical area, identify your current limitations, and compare your performance against evidence-informed benchmarks. The assessment provides an objective starting point and allows you to measure meaningful progress throughout the program—not simply whether you completed another workout.

Whether you're preparing for SFAS, another tactical selection, or simply want a body that tolerates training instead of constantly breaking down, these programs help build the movement foundation that supports everything else you do.

Train with intent. Master the fundamentals. Measure your progress. Build durability that lasts.
